WELCOME

We hope you enjoy your visit. Please pray for our ministry as we serve those completing their Sacraments of Initiation through the Order Of Christian Initiation Of Adults (OCIA).

Welcome one another, then, as Christ welcomed you, for the glory of God. (Rom 15:7)

The OCIA is designed for adults seeking to become full members of the Roman Catholic Church.  It is a gradual process during which participants, led by the Holy Spirit, grow in faith.  They are on a unique journey seeking a personal relationship with God.

OUR PRAYER

May our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ bless and strengthen you on your journey of faith.  A journey in faith, towards God, through Jesus Christ, in the power of the Holy Spirit.

ABOUT US

We are active members of the worshiping community following Jesus’ command to,“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.“ (Mt 28:19-20)

To welcome and accompany those exploring the Catholic Christian faith or seeking full initiation into the faith; to teach participants about Christian beliefs, Sacred Scripture, the Sacraments, and the Traditions of the Catholic Church; to discern their readiness for the Sacraments of Initiation; to help them to understand the liturgical practices and traditions of the Catholic Church; to foster a deep and meaningful relationship with Christ and their integration into the worshipping community.

To respect and support each individual’s unique faith journey, and to foster an environment where participants can explore, learn, and experience the richness of the Catholic Christian faith.

Our team is comprised of Clergy and laypersons from different cultures and different walks of life.  It is led by DeLisle Callender and Ivo Corazza.
